A creative circle where teens can connect, exhale, and feel understood.
Embrace creates space through art, storytelling, and movement for teens to process what they're carrying, build friendships, and remember they do not have to do any of this alone.
What to expect
Rebuild Yourself Inc. operates year-round through creative sessions and shared experiences shaped by what teens say they need most.

From hands-on creative sessions to shared social experiences, we center fun, friendship, and authenticity.

Teen voices
“I didn’t have to pretend I was okay here. I could laugh, make art, and still talk about the hard stuff.”
“The first session felt scary until I realized everyone understood what it’s like to carry a lot at a young age.”
“Embrace helped me feel like myself again, not just the person going through treatment.”
Answers for teens and caregivers
Common questions about privacy, attendance, and what joining Embrace feels like.
Will my parents see what I share?
We protect teen privacy unless there is a safety concern. Caregivers receive general updates about participation, not a recap of everything shared in session.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. Come when you can, let us know when you need a pause, and we’ll help you rejoin without pressure or guilt.
What is the first session like?
Your first visit is designed to feel low pressure. We’ll introduce you to the group, walk you through the activity, and make sure you know you can participate at your own pace.
Do I need to bring anything?
We provide materials for in-person sessions and can help coordinate supplies for virtual participation when needed.
